“Be patient toward all all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves. Do not seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions.”
- Rainer Maria Rilke
this is me being patient.
Whoa! It’s been a minute since I last touched this.
Recently, I wanted to take a step away from taking photos and prioritize the things I need to accomplish before I would like to start up again. Notice I mentioned “things” in the previous sentence, actually it’s just one thing that I would like to accomplish. There is nothing more in this world right now that I want to accomplish before anything. There are actually a few of you who actually know what I am talking about. I would share it with the public, but I am somewhat ashamed to mention it. Thanks to those who continue to support me everyday.
Is it me? Or are there things out there that are out of my control.
Only God knows.

The highly anticipated Space Jam Air Jordan XI was released on Decemeber 23, 2009. Akin proudly released the shoe in such an innovative way. Revamping one side of the store to have a representation of the basketball court from the movie itself. Instead of customers waiting outside in the cold for midnight to hit, Akin opened the doors for their customers to experience the release party. Refreshments and snacks were available and music was provided by Mr. Neeks. Akin definitely takes care of their customers. Big kudos goes out to the guys of Akin for throwing down a great event.

Hey everyone, I would just like to say Merry Christmas to you and your family. I hope everyone is having a blessed holiday season. Today after church I decided to get the family together and take a few portrait shots. Take a look and enjoy =) Mouse over the picture to see who these wonderful people are. A very good friend/musician of mine Alexander Mark Cruz, many of you may know him as Excel Cruz, asked me to do photoshoot for his promo cd cover entitled, “So Selfish: Sleepless in the Studio”. I did not hesitate to help him out. His idea of the shoot was to showcase where it all began, from the beginning where all his music started. The title depicts his selfishness to himself in that he spends countless hours perfecting track after track. His promo cd is set to be released on December 18, 2009. Once the date arrives I will be posting a downloadable link in which you can grab his promo for FREE. Check out some behind the scenes shots.

Alex is currently an audio engineer in St. Louis, Missouri. If you ever want to know what his busy life schedule is like follow him on twitter.
Don’t forget to pick up “So Selfish: Sleepless in the Studio” on December 18, 2009, here! Enjoy =]

This past weekend I had the opportunity to cover SoReal Cru’s dance workshop instructed by Ailyn Isidro and Mark Fucanan. You might of seen them on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew Season 2. They were runner up if my memory serves me correctly. When I first met Mark and Ailyn I was pretty wow’d due to the fact that I’ve seen them on a national televised network and the next thing you know it, they are standing right in front of me. These two are talented, gifted, friendly, and very outgoing. Thanks to the up and coming Chicago streetwear brand Potential Villain for sponsoring this event, and thanks to Jeff Elefano for organizing this event. Take a look at some shots.

Last weekend, a group of friends of mine celebrated Justine’s 23rd birthday at Kin Sushi and Thai Cuisine. The restaurant was more on the mellow side, a darkened environment once you entered. The food was alright, wasn’t the greatest. Let’s just say, I’ve had better. I didn’t take many pictures, but here are a few shots. Enjoy!

For the past 4 years of my college career, I’ve attended FACT as a delegate to enlighten myself about my Filipino culture as well as the issues living as a Filipino American. This year I attended for my 5th time to cover the conference. I applaud Louie, Jemma, and Brenan for organizing and putting together another successful conference. Special thanks to FACT Media Group, you guys rock.

Thanks for stopping by =)
